Step 2 - Curriculum Process
The next step in preparing to teach an online course is to get the course approved by the college Curriculum Committee. Distance education courses require a separate review and approval process by your college curriculum committee. Be sure to acquaint yourself with the distance education guidelines. These are found in your faculty or curriculum handbook. There are usually forms that must be filled out and timelines to follow.
