"For many years I've worked as a Page at SFPL and eventually would like to become a Library Technician. This is my ninth class online with Cuesta's Lib Inf Tech program. I'm a big fan of this program and hope it will continue for many years. It's awakened my interest in college and now I hope to work towards a BA and MLS (somewhere far in the misty future). This means I'll probably have to come in for a landing and go to some actual local classrooms somewhere." - LIBINF Student, Oakland, CA |
| "I feel I have my dream job right now. Actually I should modify that. My job (elementary school library aid) changed into the dream job when I started the LIT program. Although I really enjoyed it before, I'm ecstatic about it now. The things I've learned have added more meaning to the duties I was already performing. I began to see why instead of just how." - LIBINF Student, Santa Maria, CA |

"I have learned a tremendous amount in the LIT program, and I have enjoyed the learning. Participating as a distance student from Northern California, I have been very lucky that I have been able to get the courses I needed." - LIBINF Student, Lafayette, CA |
| "Greetings from Santa Maria, CA...this is my fourth semester in the Libinf online program. Although Cuesta is only about 30 miles from home, my schedule does not allow attending classes on campus. I am very thankful for the opportunity to be able to participate from home (and occasionally from work)." - LIBINF Student, Santa Maria, CA |

"This is my fourth semester in Cuesta's LIT program. I have taken both evening classes and on-line classes. I find the on-line classes work better for me. I enjoy the evening classes for the peaceful drive to Cuesta and the camaraderie with the other students, but the flexibility of on-line classes is wonderful." - LIBINF Student, Arroyo Grande, CA |
| "I work full time for the Kern County Library - Lake Isabella branch and I find the online environment to fit my schedule better then the traditional classroom. I have worked for the Kern County Library for over ten years beginning as a volunteer and working my way up to the full time position that I hold now." - LIBINF Student, Weldon, CA |
